About approval of Changes in Regulations on depository and clearing activity of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to articles 15 and 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 13, "About depositary system of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for servicing by depositary of transactions under agreements concerning securities the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 17 and 20 Laws of Ukraine:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on depository and clearing activity of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 25, 2013 No. 387, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 9, 2013 on No. 1727/24259 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To management of depository activity of the National Bank of Ukraine (Suprun A. V.) bring contents of this resolution to the attention of issuers and depositary organizations clients of depositary for use in work.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Chury A. E.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
