In pursuance of the Law on tourism N 798-XIV of February 11, 2000. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, N 54-56, Art. 357) and the Orders of the Government N 1470 of 27.12.2001. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001 N 161, 1464) I ORDER to the Art.:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for application of the tourist voucher (further - the Voucher).
2. To the business entities performing tourist activities to instruct workers about procedure for use and servicing of Vouchers.
3. To the business entities performing tourist activities to instruct workers by rules of filling of Vouchers.
4. To the business entities performing tourist activities to appoint ranking officers on accounting and storage of coupons of Vouchers.
5. This order becomes effective since April 1, 2002.
