According to Articles 8, 12 Laws of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption", to the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection", for the purpose of realization of the mechanism of access of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of information from information databases of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine necessary for control and verification of declarations of persons authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government, the National agency according to the prevention of corruption SOLVED:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the Public fiscal service of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on the income of physical persons on requests of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption which is attached.
2. To send to department of financial control and monitoring of conduct of life to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine this decision for submission to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration.
