Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2004 No. 714 "About measures for development of stock exchange trading at commodity exchanges" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 103, 5/14395; 2007, No. 144, 5/25324; No. 248, 5/25911; No. 263, 5/26047; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 11.02. 2014, 5/38400; 06:03. 2014, 5/38519; 14:10. 2015, 5/41137) following changes:
1.1. in paragraphs second and third Item part two 3, Item 7 of the word "Ministry of Trade" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade" in the corresponding case;
1.2. state Item 3-1 in the following edition:
"3-1. If carrying out the exchange biddings on purchase of goods when constructing facilities according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2016 No. 380 "About purchases of goods (works, services) in case of construction" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.10.2016, 1/16695) is obligatory, purchases of the goods included in the list when constructing facilities are performed at the exchange biddings of "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, except for subitem 1.2 of Item 1, becoming effective since January 1, 2017.
