About approval of the Regulations on procedure for forming and refining of the list of state programs

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 23, 2016 No. 106 "About state programs and rendering the state financial support", Item 3 of Article 87 of the Budget code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for forming and refining of the list of state programs.

2. Forming and approval of the programs which are not providing financing at the expense of means republican and (or) local budgets, budgets of state non-budgetary funds and rendering the state financial support is performed without their direction in the permanent interdepartmental commission on state programs and without approval of the Ministry of Finance if other is not established by the President of the Republic of Belarus.

3.  No. 800 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 04.10.2016.

4. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus regional, Minsk city, district, city (the cities of regional subordination) to executive committees in case of reasonable need of financing at the expense of means republican and (or) local budgets, budgets of state non-budgetary funds of the actions provided by the regional or industry programs approved before entry into force of this resolution to include such actions in drafts of state programs according to the list of state programs approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in coordination with the President of the Republic of Belarus.
