About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1. In Article 89 part one:

1) in the subitem "v" of Item 2 of the word "and foster homes" shall be replaced with words "foster homes and families of foster tutors";

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, except Item 3 of the Section I of this Law which becomes effective since January 1, 2027.

The subitem 2 of Item 1 of the Section I of this Law is effective till January 1, 2027.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two-month time from the date of publication of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
