1. Establish the list of types of plants, distribution and which number are subject to regulation, according to appendix.
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for holding actions for regulation of distribution and number of types of plants, distribution and which number are subject to regulation it (is applied).
3. This resolution becomes effective since December 31, 2016.
