About modification of the Regulations on civil defense in the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on civil defense in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 26, 2007 No. 804 "About approval of the Regulations on civil defense in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 49, Art. 6165; 2013, No. 9, Art. 963; 2014, No. 43, Art. 5892).

Changes which are made to Regulations on civil defense in the Russian Federation

1. In paragraphs one and the second Item 2 of the word "when conducting military operations or owing to these actions, and also in case of emergency situations" shall be replaced with words "in case of the military conflicts or owing to these conflicts, and also in case of emergency situations".
