Approve Regulations on procedure for state registration of foreign investments it (is applied).

Regulations on procedure for state registration of foreign investments

1. This Provision determines procedure for submission of documents, their consideration and implementation of state registration of foreign investments which correspond to the conditions stated in Item 2 of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the mode of foreign investment" and are performed by the types and forms provided by articles 2 and 3 of this Law.

2. State registration of foreign investments is performed by Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations within three working days after their actual introduction.

3. For state registration of foreign investments the foreign investor or person authorized by him in accordance with the established procedure (further - the applicant) submits to body of state registration the following documents:
