About modification and amendments in the Law on the government budget for 2016 No. 154 of July 1, 2016

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Law on the government budget for 2016 No. 154 of July 1, 2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 230-231, 486), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In part (Articles of 1 figure "29313072,0" and "33495872,"" to replace 1) respectively with figures of "29641603,1" and "33824403,1".

2. In the subitem b) Item 1) 2 figures of "8666,2" to replace Articles with figures of "2456,9";

3. In the subitem a) Article 3:

in paragraph one of figure of "4822974,8" and "1121747,5" to replace respectively with figures of "5047265,7" and "1340599,5";

in paragraph three of figure of "7769883,3" to replace with figures of "7873070,7".

4. Add Article 16 with subitems g) – i) the following content:

"g) according to reasonable appeals of the central bodies of the public power to redistribute between economic expense categories of assignment, approved for the relevant budget organ, without mentioning the amounts approved at the level of the program/subprogramme;

h) according to the offer of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction based on the decision of National council on coordination of regional development to redistribute the assignments approved for National Regional Development Fund;

i) according to the offer of the Ministry of the environment based on the decision of administrative boards to redistribute the assignments approved for National ecological fund and local ecological funds.".
