About creation of Coordinating committee on simplification of procedures of trade

According to article 13 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" and article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Create Coordinating committee on simplification of procedures of trade.

2. Approve status and structure of Coordinating committee on simplification of procedures of trade (appendix 1 and 2).

3. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan and Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan jointly in interaction with the relevant ministries and departments of the republic to take necessary measures for ensuring accomplishment of this resolution.

4. Control over execution of this resolution shall be responsiility of Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan.

5. Reconize the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 2, 2010, No. 503 "About creation of Coordinating committee concerning program implementation of implementation of system of the Single window on execution of export-import and transit procedures in the Republic of Tajikistan" to be invalid.
