About modification of appendix 2 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in appendix 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298 "About compensation of workers on the basis of the Single scale of charges of categories and coefficients on compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 36, the Art. 1699, No. 52, Art. 2389; 2005, No. 40, Art. 2544; 2015, No. 55, Art. 1806; 2016, No. 16, the Art. 626) change which is applied.

2. Increase in official pay rates of pedagogical employees of educational institutions which are financed by educational subvention from the government budget to local budgets is performed since January 1, 2017.

Increase in official pay rates of pedagogical employees of all organizations of education financed at the expense of state and local budgets, is performed since September 1, 2017.

3. Local government bodies can make own decision on increase in job grades of pedagogical employees of the organizations of education financed by local budgets till September 1, 2017.
