About approval of the Procedure for performing obligatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations (medical examination) in healthcare institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

In pursuance of the subitem 5 of Item 7 of the Section XI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About National police", the subitem 52 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, and for the purpose of reduction according to the legislation of Ukraine of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs I order:

1. Approve the Procedure for performing obligatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations (medical examination) in healthcare institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs which is applied.

2. Recognize the voided Instruction about the organization of performing preliminary and periodic medical examinations and medical examination in treatment-and-prophylactic institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 4, 2003 No. 1296, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 13, 2004 for No. 598/9197.

3. To management of health care and rehabilitation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (V. I. Box) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
