About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 2013 No. 158

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 2013 No. 158 "About approval of lists of the companies which receive or import on customs area of Ukraine the substances used as components of motor fuels for use as raw materials in case of production in the chemical industry and annual amounts of quotas for shipment or import of such substances" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 21, the Art. 711, No. 63, the Art. 2276) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 2013 No. 158

1. In the name of the resolution of the word "in time" to replace with the word "for".

2. In Item 1:

The second the words "crude coal" to exclude 1) in the paragraph, and to replace the words "in time" with the word "for";

In paragraph three of the word "in time" to replace 2) with the word "for";

3) to add Item with paragraphs of the following content:

"The list of the companies which receive or import toluene on customs area of Ukraine (the code according to UKTVED 2707 20 90 00) used as component of motor fuel, for use as raw materials for production in the chemical industry, and annual amounts of quotas for its shipments or import according to appendix 3;
