About measures for streamlining of assignments of means in off-budget funds of bodies and organizations of justice

For the purpose of ensuring effective use of means of off-budget funds of bodies and organizations of justice the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Establish since January 1, 2017:

a) ceased to be valid;

b) contributions to the income of budgets of areas and cities from the collectable stamp tax:

for the notarial certificate of powers of attorney and transactions on stamp (special) forms - in the amount of 50%;

for issue of stamp certificates by bodies of civil registration - in the amount of 15%.

2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan till December 26, 2016 to provide transfer in the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan to part of balance, bodies accumulated on the off-budget account and organizations of justice in the amount of at least 70 billion bags, from the amounts of the state fee and the stamp tax which arrived for making of notarial actions.

3. Make since January 1, 2017 changes to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

4. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
