"9. The term of provision of the state service cannot exceed 5 working days from the date of registration of the statement by authorized body if other is not provided by these Regulations.

In case of need receipts of information the term of provision of the state service can be extended by authorized body and cannot exceed 45 working days from the date of registration of the statement by it. The specified term includes time necessary for authorized body for the direction of requests.

In case of prolongation of term of provision of the state service according to the paragraph the second this Item the authorized body notifies on it the applicant within one working day from the date of decision making about prolongation of term of provision of the state service.
