Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring execution of subitem 3.1.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of "The state program on aviation safety" and "Rules of ensuring aviation safety"" of April 24, 2012 I decide No. 613:
1. Approve "Regulations on the Republican interdepartmental commission on aviation safety under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic" (appendix No. 1).
2. Approve "Structure of the Republican interdepartmental commission on aviation safety under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic" (appendix No. 2).
3. Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic shall resolve other issues following from this Decree.
