1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of standardization, metrology and certification of Ukraine of September 25, 2000 No. 571 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out certification of production of the companies performing conversion, utilization or destruction of the low-quality and dangerous products withdrawn from circulation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 17, 2001 at No. 33/5224.

2. To department of technical regulation (Vitkin L. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
