About modification of "Rules of calculation of banking capital and its adequacy"

For the purpose of neutralization of influence of macroeconomic risks on banking sector within approach of counter-cyclical prudential regulation in banking sector, gradual adaptation of banks to new macroeconomic conditions and ensuring financial stability of banking sector with that Board of the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic according to articles 22.0.17 and 48.1.2 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic", and also article 34.2.3 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About Banks" decides:

1. Approve modification of "Rules of calculation of banking capital and its adequacy" it (is applied);

2. Charge to Legal department (R. Melikov) to provide within 3 days submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice for inclusion in the State register of legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Bring in the "Rules of calculation of banking capital and its adequacy" approved by Board of the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 25, 2012 No. 20/3, the following changes:
