1. Item 563 of Fire safety regulations of the Republic of Belarus. PPB of Belarus 01-2014, Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of March 14, 2014 No. 3 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.06. 2014, 8/28744) to state in the following edition:
"563. Entrance of the transport, handling and other means equipped with DVS to the rooms referred to explosion-fire-hazardous categories A and B and also electrocars, electric lift trucks and other mechanisms which equipment does not correspond to class of explosive zone are not allowed.
In rooms of categories B1-B4, in zones of the class V-Ig and P-III operation of the transport, handling means and other mechanisms equipped with DVS in the absence of spark arresters on systems of removal of exhaust gases is forbidden.
In case of operation in rooms of the handling means and other mechanisms equipped with DVS, with their design the exception of contact of heated parts (the engine, system of removal of exhaust gases, etc.) with combustible materials (combustible packaging) shall be provided.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since June 23, 2015.
