About approval of fire safety regulations

Based on Item 3 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 1993 No. 2403-XII "About fire safety", subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Fire safety regulations for the apartment houses, structures and constructions located in the house adjoining territory, the garden lodges, economic structures and constructions located on the parcel of land provided for the conducting collective gardening, dachas, economic structures and constructions located on the parcel of land provided for country construction (are applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2014 No. 3 "About approval of Fire safety regulations of the Republic of Belarus. PPB of Belarus 01-2014";

the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2014 No. 25 "About entering of amendment and changes into Fire safety regulations of the Republic of Belarus. PPB of Belarus 01-2014";

the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2015 No. 27 "About modification of Fire safety regulations of the Republic of Belarus. PPB of Belarus 01-2014";

the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2016 No. 14 "About entering of amendments and changes into Fire safety regulations of the Republic of Belarus. PPB of Belarus 01-2014";
