the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of December 16, 2011 No. 350 "About approval of the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on procurement, conversion, metallurgical conversion of scrap metal of non-ferrous and ferrous metals", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 10, 2012 on No. 11/20324.
2. To department of management of state-owned property and industry developments (A.I. Trojan) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine Nefedov M. E.
