1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on procurement, conversion, metallurgical conversion of scrap metal of non-ferrous and ferrous metals which are applied.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine of 23.10.2007 No. 127/595 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on procurement, conversion, metallurgical conversion of scrap metal of non-ferrous and ferrous metals", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 08.11.2007 for No. 1258/14525;
