1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on procurement, conversion, metallurgical conversion of scrap metal of non-ferrous and ferrous metals (are applied).

2. To department of licensing of the State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship of Ukraine (Bazanova T. V.), to management of non-ferrous metallurgy and secondary metals of Minprompolitiki of Ukraine (Cat's VA.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. (Yumashev P. V.) to provide to management of organizational and information and analytical support of work of the Minister of industrial policy of Ukraine the publication of this order in mass media.

4. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine of 25.02.2003 N14/65 "About Approval of Licensed Conditions of Implementation of Economic Activity on Procurement, Conversion, Metallurgical Conversion of Scrap Metal of Non-ferrous and Ferrous Metals" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.03.2003 for N219/7540.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of the State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship of Ukraine to M. I. Attack and the deputy minister Minprompolitiki of Ukraine Shinkarenko P. S.

Litsenziozny conditions of implementation of economic activity on procurement, conversion, metallurgical conversion of scrap metal of non-ferrous and ferrous metals

I. General provisions

1.1. These Licensed conditions are developed according to the Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", "About scrap metal" and establish qualification, organizational, production and other requirements for implementation of this type of activity.

1.2. The ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine (further Minprompolitiki) - the central executive body which performs licensing of economic activity on procurement, conversion, metallurgical conversion of scrap metal of non-ferrous and ferrous metals according to the current legislation.

1.3. The copy of the license certified by Minprompolitiki is the document which confirms the right of the licensee to implementation of economic activity on procurement, conversion, metallurgical conversion of scrap metal of non-ferrous and ferrous metals based on the obtained license. In the copy of the license the place of implementation of economic activity is specified.

1.4. Effective period of the license for implementation of economic activity constitutes five years.

1.5. For receipt of the license, the copy of the license, the duplicate of the license or in case of renewal of the license the subject of managing personally or through the body authorized by it or person submits to Minprompolitiki applications according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, 4 and the relevant documents.

1.6. Documents are accepted according to the inventory (appendix 5) which copy is issued to the applicant, with mark about acceptance date of documents body of licensing and the signature of the responsible person.

1.7. The document which confirms introduction of payment for licensing and/or copies of the license, their duplicates and/or their renewal after adoption of the relevant positive decision goes to Minprompolitiki in the original.

1.8. Storage duration of licensed case - five years from the moment of licensing.
