Concerning establishment of the amount of payment for registration of the self-regulating organization, stock exchange rules and another organizationally the drawn-up security market, certification of persons who perform professional activity with securities in Ukraine

In pursuance of Item of third of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" State commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Establish payment for registration of the self-regulating organization in the amount of 100 (hundred) tax-free minima of the income of citizens.

2. Establish payment for registration of stock exchange rules and another organizationally the drawn-up security market in the amount of 25 (twenty five) tax-free minima of the income of citizens.

3. Establish payment for registration of changes to stock exchange rules and another organizationally the drawn-up security market in the amount of 12 (twelve) tax-free minima of the income of citizens.

4. Establish payment for document registration for certification of persons who performs professional activity with securities in Ukraine, in the amount of 5 (five) tax-free minima of the income of citizens.

5. To provide to control legal department (M. Burmak) state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

6. The decision becomes effective according to the current legislation.

7. Control of execution of this decision to assign to the Member of the commission O. Romashko.
