"32. The lyceum (gymnasium) is in accordance with the established procedure provided with educational arms, military property, devices and benefits on preconscription training of young men according to appendix 3".
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
