About implementation of system of promulgation of information in the stock market of Ukraine
According to Item 15 of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", Articles 23 - 25 Laws of Ukraine "About securities and stock exchange" and for the purpose of ensuring transparency and openness of the stock market of Ukraine State commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for promulgation of information in the stock market of Ukraine which are applied.
2. To management of the reporting of members of the security market (Velichko O. G.) together with legal management (Volokhov L. A.) provide state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Abolish the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of April 5, 1999 No. 54.
4. To management of organizational support (Lysko Yu. V.) publish the decision according to the current legislation.
5. Control over the implementation of the decision to assign to the member Komissiizamestitel Predsedatel of M. Volkov.
