About recognition voided some orders of the State committee of Ukraine on energy saving

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197, and for the purpose of reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation I order:

1. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the State committee of Ukraine on energy saving of May 12, 1997 No. 49 "About Provisional regulations for procedure for carrying out energy inspection and certification of the specialized organizations on the right of its carrying out", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 2, 1997 at No. 375/2179;

2) the order of the State committee of Ukraine on energy saving of April 09, 1999 No. 27 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for the organization of energy inspections", No. 301/3594 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 12, 1999;

3) the order of the State committee of Ukraine on energy saving of September 15, 1999 No. 78 "About approval of the Procedure for the organization and carrying out energy inspections of budgetary institutions, organizations and state companies", No. 871/4164 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 15, 1999.

2. To department of life support systems and housing policies (Kushnir S. I.) together with Department of normative legal regulation (Malashkin M. A.) and (Savchuk S. D.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide with the State agency on energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
