About approval of the Regulations on procedure for the organization of energy inspections
For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About energy saving", ensuring execution of Item 16 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 13.03.99 N 358 "About results of work of the national economy in 1998" and according to Regulations on the State committee of Ukraine on the energy saving approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.10.95 N 918/95, I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the organization of energy inspections that is applied.
2. To management of legal and administrative support of energy saving (Yakovenko V. I.) provide registration of the Regulations on procedure for the organization of energy inspections in the Ministry of Justice and bring it to permission of the ministries, other bodies of the central executive authority, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee Likhoshva Yu. V.
