1. To state paragraph two of Item 8 in the following edition:

"Result of confirmation of documents on academic degrees, academic statuses is putting down on them or on the single sheets fastened to these documents, apostille.".

"9. The term of provision of the state service, including concerning documents on the academic degrees issued by the organizations performing educational activities cannot exceed 5 working days from the date of registration by authorized body of the statement for confirmation of the document on academic degree, academic status (further - the statement) if other is not provided by this Item.

The term of provision of the state service can be extended by authorized body to 30 working days in case of need of receipt of information according to Item of 41 presents of Administrative regulations. Concerning documents on the academic degrees issued by the organizations performing educational activities, the term of provision of the state service can be prolonged to 45 working days from the date of registration of the statement by authorized body. The specified terms include time necessary for authorized body for the direction of requests, the stipulated in Item 41 present of Administrative regulations.

In case of prolongation of term of provision of the state service the authorized body notifies on it the applicant within one working day from the date of decision making about prolongation of term of putting down of apostille.".
