1. Bring in the Regulations on the state control of condition of technical information security approved by the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of May 16, 2007 No. 87, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 10, 2007 for No. 785/14052 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Section 1:

to state paragraph two of Item 1.1 in the following edition:

"The state control of condition of technical information security (further TZI) is exercised by Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine (further - Gosspetssvyaz) according to the Laws of Ukraine "About Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine", "About information security in information and telecommunication systems", the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411, and the Regulations on territorial authority of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of September 1, 2014 No. 432, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 18, 2014 for No. 1142/25919.";
