About approval of Changes in the Instruction about the organization of production, release into the stream of commerce and realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, souvenirs

According to Articles 7, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for carrying out transactions on realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, souvenirs the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 33 and 42 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about the organization of production, release into the stream of commerce and realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, souvenirs approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 213, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2012 on No. 1044/21356 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To general department of regulation of currency circulation (Nesterenko V. M.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of territorial administrations and structural units of the National Bank of Ukraine for use in work.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Rychakovskaya V. I.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
