About some questions of reorganization of the republican state state companies which are under authority of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename the republican state state company "National Center of Problems of Tuberculosis of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state state company "National Scientific Center of Ftiziopulmonologiya of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation the republican state state companies which are under authority of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to the republican state companies on the right of economic maintaining the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the companies) with introduction of the supervisory boards according to appendix to this resolution.

3. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the companies the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the companies implementation of activities in the field of health care.

4. To the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan charters of the companies;

2) to provide state registration of the companies in judicial authorities;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

5. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
