About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2015 No. 1101

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2015 No. 1101 "About measures for task performance for 2016 on construction of apartment houses, amounts of commissioning and financing of construction of housing and objects of engineering and transport infrastructure in 2017" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.01. 2016, 5/41516) following changes:
in Item 8:
in the paragraph the second the words "6, 6 million rubles" shall be replaced with words "660 rubles";
in paragraphs three and the fourth the words "9, one million rubles" shall be replaced with words "940 rubles";
appendices 2-8, 10, 13, 14, 16, 17 to this resolution to be reworded as follows 11, (are applied).
2. To republican state bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2016.
