About temporary employment of migrant workers

The government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on temporary employment of migrant workers according to the appendix N 1.

2. Determine that only economic agents who obtained the license certifying the right of implementation of intermediary activities for the organization of temporary employment abroad of citizens of the Republic of Moldova and permission to the organization of temporary employment of specific number of workers emigrants in certain country can be engaged in the activities connected with the organization of temporary employment abroad of citizens of the Republic of Moldova.

3. For guaranteeing the right of receipt of authentic information and the prevention of possible material and moral damage which citizens can incur as a result of the acquired information messages on the organization of temporary employment abroad extend mass media only by orders of the economic agents providing the license certifying the right of implementation of intermediary activities for the organization of temporary employment abroad of citizens of the Republic of Moldova.

4. Recognize invalid the orders of the Government of the Republic of Moldova according to the appendix N 2.
