1. "2. Data of the republican organization for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it about premises (shares in the right of common property to premises) belonging (belonging) to the applicant and members of his family living together with it for six calendar months preceding month of the request for provision of non-cash housing subsidy by the declarative principle.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
