About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 26, 2008 No. 462

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for compensation of losses of forestry and landscape production approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 26, 2008 No. 462 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2007 No. 667" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 83, 5/27442; 2009, No. 1, 5/28978; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.06.2016, 5/42254), following changes:
in Item 2 of the word "protective, water preserving and other nature protection" shall be replaced with words "sredoobrazuyushchy, the water preserving, protective, sanitary and hygienic, recreational and others";
item 4 part one in paragraph nine:
shall be replaced with words the word of "forest utilization" "(steady) use of forest resources";
shall be replaced with words words of "forest monitoring" "monitoring of the woods";
to be reworded as follows appendix to this Provision it (is applied).
2. Determine that till December 31, 2020 the standard rates of compensation of losses of forestry and landscape production and coefficients to them established by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 26, 2008 No. 462, are applied:
without the changes made to it by this resolution concerning the forest management projects approved in accordance with the established procedure, not brought into accord with the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus;
