1. Approve Regulations on procedure for financing of construction and reconstruction, and also realization of apartments in the apartment house to the young families, inhabitants of shabby apartment houses and other categories of citizens needing improvement of housing conditions according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov.
