Bring in the list of documents according to which debt collection is made in indisputable procedure based on executive texts of notaries, No. 1172 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 29, 1999 "About approval of the list of documents according to which debt collection is made in indisputable procedure based on executive texts of notaries" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 26, by the Art. 1241, No. 45, Art. 2243; 2000, No. 17, Art. 710; 2014, No. 97, the Art. 2787), changes which are applied.

For receipt of executive text are represented:

a) minutes abstract of general meeting of joint-stock company on which the decision on dividend payout or the statement from charter of joint-stock company in which dividend payout according to preferred shares is provided is made;

b) the statement from the list of persons having the right to dividends which contains information on inclusion of the claimant in the specified list;

c) the account statement in securities of the depositor confirming its share rights and the rights according to shares on corresponding time;

d) the notification which goes to the persons having the right to dividends with indication of information on date, the size, procedure and term of their payment;
