According to the Budget code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About openness of use of public means", to the Law of Ukraine of September 15, 2015 No. 679-VIII "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine in the field of public procurements on their reduction in compliance with international standards and taking measures to overcoming corruption", to the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of enhancement of procedures of treasurer servicing of off-budget accounts I order:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for treasurer servicing of off-budget customer accounts approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 21, 2014 No. 770, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 5, 2014 at No. 928/25705, which are applied.
2. To department of the government budget of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Lozitsky V. P.) and to Department of methodology on servicing of budgets, financial accounting, the reporting and development of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine (Litvinenko L. I.) provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To department of ensuring activities of the Minister (patronage service) of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Yurik I. I.) in ten-day time from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide its promulgation on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the Internet.
