About approval of Changes in some orders of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment and nuclear safety of Ukraine according to the address with waste

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 21, 2015 No. 32, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment and nuclear safety of Ukraine according to the address with waste which are applied.

2. To department of ecological safety and address with waste (Fedorenko E. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
