1. Subitem 1.1.2 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2009 No. 86 "About some questions of compensation of employees of organizations of education" (2009, 29, 5/29192) to state the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus to No. in the following edition:
"1.1.2. monthly surcharges in the amount of one tariff charge of the first category established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus for compensation of employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations:
to pedagogical workers from among the graduates who got the higher and secondary vocational education by which the place of employment is provided by distribution (redistribution), the direction (the subsequent direction) for work, within two years from the date of the conclusion with them the employment contract (contract);
to pedagogical workers with the higher and secondary vocational education which fulfilled two years on distribution (redistribution), the direction (the subsequent direction) to work and continuing to work at conditions of the signed employment contracts (contracts) within the next one year.
The monthly surcharges provided in part one of this subitem are paid on principle place of employment in proportion to worked time (amount of completed work), but it is not higher than the size, this subitem established in part one;".
