1.1. export from the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of separate types of forest products *, 4404 20 000 0 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union classified by codes 4403 11 000, 4403 12 000, 4403 21 110 0, 4403 21 910 0, 4403 23 110 0, 4403 23 910 0, 4403 91 100 0, 4403 95 000, 4404 10 000 0, happening from the territory of the Republic of Belarus (further - forest products), when placing under customs procedure of export is performed under the general or one-time licenses granted by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade in coordination with the Ministry of forestry according to the procedure, similar established by Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import, provided in appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), taking into account the features established by this resolution;
