1. Approve the Procedure for information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming and information systems of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Determine that:

1) before introduction of information exchange between the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming (further - the Register) and information systems of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine in real time such interaction is performed in working hours taking into account technical capabilities of the Register and information systems of the public fiscal service of Ukraine according to the legislation, but with interval no more than 2 hours;
