About approval of the Regulations on security service of work in the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine
According to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation I order:
1. Approve Regulations on security service of work in the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine which is applied.
2. To provide to heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport, bodies of military management, connections, military units, military educational institutions, organizations and organizations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and also companies which belong to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine implementation of actions according to the Provision.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine of September 19, 1996 No. 264 "About approval of the Regulations on security service of work in the Armed Forces of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 4, 1996 at No. 580/1605 (with changes).
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
