About approval of the Regulations on expert survey board of the industry Public Records Office of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine

According to the Law of Ukraine "About National Archive Fund and archive organizations", to the subitem 3 of Item 10 of the Procedure for the creation and activities of the commissions on conducting examination of value of documents approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 08, 2007 No. 1004 (with changes), and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine in compliance with the current legislation I order:

1. Approve Regulations on expert survey board of the industry Public Records Office of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of June 19, 2012 No. 410 "About approval of the Regulations on expert survey board of the Industry Public Records Office of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 9, 2012 on No. 1137/21449.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
