About recognition voided some orders of the State Customs Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine

1. Recognize invalid orders of the State Customs Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine:
of November 6, 2002 No. 611/486 "About approval of the Instruction for implementation of customs control over amounts of ammonia which moves through customs border of Ukraine pipeline transport", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 22, 2002 for No. 910/7198;
of December 08, 2005 No. 1204/461 "About introduction of amendments to the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine and Minprompolitiki of Ukraine of 06.11.2002 No. 611/486", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 11, 2006 for No. 12/11886.
2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting (Romaniuk Yu. P.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:
provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine - the chief of staff of Kapinus E. V., the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine (according to distribution of functional obligations) and the Chairman of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine Nasirov R. M.
