According to Articles 37 and 38 of the Customs code of Ukraine and for the purpose of ordering of transactions on customs control and customs clearance of ammonia which moves through customs border of Ukraine pipeline transport,
WE ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction for implementation of customs control over amounts of ammonia which moves through customs border of Ukraine pipeline transport (further - the Instruction) which is applied.
2. To present to State Customs Service of Ukraine Minprompolitiki of Ukraine and to the state company "Ukrkhimtransammiak" information on customs authorities which exercise customs control and customs clearance of ammonia in places of customs control of ammonia which List is approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.12.2003 N 1958 (with changes).
3. To management of customs regimes (V.V.'s Hare), Management of legal work (Melnik M. V). State Customs Services of Ukraine to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
