1. Bring in the Procedure for restriction of power consumption of consumers to the level of ecological armor of electric utility service or complete cessation of the electric utility service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 28, 2004 No. 93 by it (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 4, the Art. 173), such changes:

add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Restriction or the termination of electric utility service are not applied to the objects of state-owned property having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state in the field of telecommunications and communication during the special period.";

2. Electric utility service of the objects of state-owned property having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state in the field of telecommunications and communication to which are applied before entry into force of this resolution of action for restriction or the termination of electric utility service is subject to recovery within three days from the date of entry into force of this resolution.
