For the purpose of expansion of amounts and the nomenclature of export deliveries, and also further development of business activity the Cabinet of Ministers decides stimulations of the companies making competitive, export-oriented products with high value added:

1. Make changes and addition to the Procedure business entities of obligatory sale of revenue in foreign currency approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 29, 2000 No. 245 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, No. 6, the Art. 33), according to appendix.

2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.

The changes and amendment brought in the Procedure by business entities of obligatory sale of revenue in foreign currency

1. The paragraph one of Item 10 to state in the following edition:

"25 percent of revenue in the foreign currency received from sales of goods and services for export, except for separate types of goods and services in the list are subject to obligatory sale to authorized banks, according to appendix No. 4, revenue in foreign currency from export of which is subject to 50 percentage obligatory sale.".
